About Charlotte

Charlotte Hedberg, living and working in Stockholm and Båstad, has a master's degree in visual arts (MFA) from the Slade School of Fine Art in London and studies at Byam Shaw School of Art in London, Pratt Institute in New York and Anders Beckman's school in Stockholm.

 

With participation in many exhibitions around Sweden and internationally, she creates with inspiration from different cultures and surrounding landscapes. Her artistic expression, both as a jewelry designer and a visual artist with photography, is characterized by a simplicity and imaginative unexpectedness.

 

Charlotte makes her jewelry by hand in limited editions, using hypoallergenic materials such as silver and gold. Currently, she has her studio in Gustavsberg and a workshop in Hallavara outside Båstad.
