Shipping Information
We offer free shipping on all orders.
All jewelry is handmade and made to order. The production time is approximately 2-5 working days.
Sweden: Packages arrive approximately 1-5 working days after they have been sent. Europe: Packages arrive approximately 4-15 business days after being shipped, depending on destination country. Rest of the World: Packages arrive approximately 6-20 business days after being shipped, depending on the destination country.
All purchases are sent with PostNord. Delivery times are indicative only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by payment authorization, customs clearance processes or other unforeseen activities. You may be charged for taxes and fees if you live outside the EU. Contact your local postal service for information.
Returns & Exchange Policy
For returns and exchanges, please contact charlotte@charlottehedberg.se for guidance. You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product. For the return to be accepted, the item must be unused and not damaged. You pay for the return costs.
Refunds are made to the buyer's credit card and it takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
When changing to another item or size, we will send you the new item as soon as we receive the product you want to exchange.
In the event of an exchange due to the item you received being damaged or faulty, we will replace the product as soon as we have received the damaged item.
